Andrew Keegan:
Thank you for your email, I have no problem with your questions. I am an atheist, but in saying that I imagine there is not to many votes for that position. In religious matters, people should be able to practice what ever creed without persecution but without interfering in the lives of people of different persuasion. Schools, hospitals and any public body should be religious free, and a law on blasphmy well that is just the dark ages.
As a past student of a CBS and not a good one I hope it’s clear what position I will take on the issues you mention, but I believe all religious assets should be taken into state control, the Vatician, have its status as a valid state removed. The higest level of preacher in situ in a commuinity should be a parish priest for any religion.
Religious matters do not feed or pay the bills, but I do acknowledge the contribution of cival activists, the few, among the various churchs.
Good Luck with your campaign and here’s to a society free of exploitation, greed and poverty.
