Do you live near Galway, and want to help promote religious equality?

Do you live near Galway, and want to help promote religious equality in Ireland? The Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission and ICCL are holding an important public meeting in Galway tomorrow afternoon, Thursday 16 July.

They want to hear what problems the public want raised when the UN is next questioning Ireland about our human rights record in Geneva in Spring 2016.

If you can attend, please ask them to include religious discrimination against atheist teachers, parents and pupils in state-funded schools; religious oaths for President, judges and Taoiseach; and removing our blasphemy law.

The meeting is in NUI Galway Institute for Lifecourse and Society, Dangan, Co. Galway, from 2:30 to 4:30 pm tomorrow afternoon, Thursday.
